April was a month of baking. We have introduced more sourdough content as you have asked us to share our sourdough bread journey with you! I hope you are enjoying it! You know we could talk bread and baking anytime!
Big thanks to All who participated in our April baking challenge! It was fantastic to see all your baking creations. We have asked bakers on IG if they want another baking challenge and all responded 'YES'! So here it comes - your April bakes, two winners of April challenge and new May baking challenge!
May Baking Challenge:
At the beginning of June we will choose 2 winners: one in Sweet category and one in Bread category. We picked recipes which have wide variety of ingredients (aware it's not so easy to get some ingredients these days but hopefully you can choose something suitable), there is also flourless chocolate cake included in the challenge (in case you can't get flour!).
- Sweet category - 12-cup Nordic Ware bundt cake form or baking book of your choice (up to 50e)
- Bread category - bread equipment (up to 50e) or bread baking book of your choice.
** When you bake - tag us @brunibakery and #brunibakery (Instagram). Make sure to mark post as public so that we can see it. If you don't have IG - send the picture of your entry to email@example.com or via DM on Facebook (or post your picture under May baking challenge post).
